I will pay rent regularly and electricity charges will be as per submitted attached to my allocated room.
I would not consume cigarettes tobacco alcoholic drinks and other prohibited drugs.
I would not let stay any outsider without permission( even Parents are also not allowed ).
I would not indulge in any illegal activity under Indian legal system.
I will not waste water and electricity.
I will pay penalty for any damage loss to the movable or immovable property within the hostel decided by the owner.
I will use internet for study and informative purpose only I would not open objectionable sites.
I will not spread any kind of pollution noise air water also would not disturb by loud music the neighbors and other fellow tenants.
I would not be involved in any activity which is against the law hamming the dignity of hostel spoiling the decorum against the country.
Cleanliness is my responsibility I will keep premises neat and clean at all times.
Security will not be refundable if the tenant leaves the room without giving prayer notice of 1 month
I will not keep large amount of cash or valuables in the room I am responsible for belongings inside the room I will do necessary insurance.
I would take care of fire hazard and safety I would not store the combustible material such as gasoline paint thinner oil lamps.
The land lord owner has authority to refuse the hostel facilities and ask to vacate without ascending any reason for it I would vacate the premises as soon as possible in that case.
I understand that my relation with toppers hostel is just tenant landlord my personal actions have no liability with toppers hostel and are not legally challengeable.
Security is refundable if the tenant follows the rules and regulations of the hostel in case of violation of rules the security will be reduced the security amount is refundable after 12 months period tenure year.
